Invest in your walls.

Fine Art has been touted as an investment for years, but beware: not all art is considered an investment. This is why I have chosen to be in the Warhol and Haring market. Warhol has been a top performer in Return On Investment and has consistently been ranked as one of the top ten most sought after artists. Haring, similarly has been ranked among top performers in ROI and growth has been steady for over 2 decades.

Certain Warhol prints have been proven as the “best” investment - however can be very expensive. Not all Warhols are created equal. But, I have my finger on the pulse of the market and have my own opinions about which Warhol prints are destined for the highest return - and my opinion may surprise you. I also feel Haring is still “cheap” compared to Warhol. The very best Warhols can run you well into the 6 figure mark, while the best images by Haring just touch 6 figures. Art is not always about investment. In fact, I’d prefer not to sell you something based purely on the fact that I know you will make money on it. The fact that it will make you money as you can enjoy it on your wall is a bonus. If you are purely looking for an investment, I have some dozens of pieces to collectors that have never been hung, instead are stored in crates, appreciating in value. I do prefer, however, that they be hung and appreciated on the wall, as they appreciate in value.

Just like how you may dabble in your own stock trading, you can educate yourself to navigate the art world. However, unless you live and breathe the markets, you may miss out or make mistakes. One mistake can ruin years of wins. This is very similar to the art world. In short, you need some honest guidance or a “stock tip” from time to time. That is where I come in. I am your LINK to the art world.
